Sanke card 362 showing German Ace Max Immelman (after whom the 'Blue Max' award was named) with his dog Tyras. He was known as Der Adler von Lille / The Eagle from Lille [France]. This feldpost card was signed twice -- once under the message, and then once as the sender from Flieger Abteilung 62, Feldpost station 406. Small tear at top, not affecting portrait or signatures. A very rare card, not only twice signed, but he also signed the name of his dog on the front.

The cover from him, since it is folded feldpost stationary, has contents.

Baron Anton Kiss was a career diplomat, and is also collaterally famous as the husband of Katharina Schratt, Viennese actress and decades-long (reported) mistress of Emperor Franz Josef. Sent to the Austro-Hungarian Legation in Brussels, Belgium.
